The meals you eat during the day should be meals that give your body fuel! Fuel is what gives you energy to push through the day. When you sleep your body goes into a fasting state, so when you wake up you should drink water to break your fast = Break-Fast= (Breakfast).. If you eat as soon as you wake up you shock your body but if you don’t eat your body uses the Glucose from yesterday’s food for fuel. That helps you burn fat and lose weight.
