The body is your temple! I know you have heard this before but we have to make sure you are ready for the change. That being said, it’s important to pay attention to what you eat and how much you consume. Your intake can determine how you feel and how your body functions daily.   4. Watch out for processed food
  5. Limit sugar
  6. Keep an eye on sodium
