The problem with gaining weight is people don’t know why they gain weight so they don’t know how to lose it.

We gain weight becuase of various reasons and the main reason is too much sugar in your diet and not enough of the right foods. I don’t eat healthy all the time but I do most of the time. Junk food is a major issue in the USA!
