There’s a difference between juicing and eating whole foods. When you juice early in the morning, you need to eat something even if it’s a small apple or banana. Your body will use the whole food as fuel to get you through your morning. Juicing can leave you a little sluggish. Not because it’s bad, but because it doesn’t give you the jump start your body needs. Whole foods have more natural fiber, too. Consider both in your health journey.
