It’s about that time of the year. We are preparing to unveil who we think are B’more’s hottest rappers for 2011. Of course, it’s impossible for such a list to not be controversial. So as 2011 comes to an end, we want to know which B’more rappers you think had the hottest year. We’ve listed some of the most popular Baltimore rappers but you can write in whoever is not listed if you feel we’ve overlooked somebody. Get your votes in, and let us know who had the hottest year!
