There are so many foods that we have to choose from. Some foods are very good for us and some aren’t so good. But, do you know what foods are the right foods to consume?

In this day and time we have our regular diet or foods that we grew up on and those are our favorite choices because our parents or grandparents gave them to us growing up.  I love veggies because my grandmother made them taste so good an she always told me how good they were for me.
