This time around I sat down with fellow DJ, Reddz of DTLR, to see what he thought the hottest kicks out on the streets were this week. He suggested the One “Leigon Green” Foamposites, also known as Dopes. I hit DTLR in Security Mall to see what the employees there thought and they agreed. The Leigon Green Foams are running neck-and-neck with the Air Max 97 Silver Bullets – both of which have to constantly be restocked) – according to store manager Brianna.
Nike Air Foamposites were originally released in 1997 but restored in 2001, beginning a run of 7 colorways. Since then, Foamposites have gained momentum and show no signs of slowing down.

The Leigon Green Foams come dressed in a legion green and black color scheme. The foam shell has an iridescent finish that gives the sneakers a bold look, but the pop of black with the eyestay, laces, collar, heel and outsole tone it down a bit. The black laces and additional legion green on the branding complete the look of the shoe.
