Dr Dre has been MIA for awhile staying behind the scenes but now that he has made presence known he is ready to kill the charts! Dr Dre’s “Compton” album hasn’t even been released yet and already the top buzz on social networks projected to crush the competition.

According to reports, the Doc’s overnight release will push out at least 260,000 copies in week one.
