Turn your car, SUV, van into a moneymaker delivering same day delivery e-commerce orders. We are seeking reliable, dependable people for contract positions to make local small package deliveries in the late afternoon/evenings (deliveries between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.) Week Day and Weekend routes available. Sign up for weekdays and/or weekends. Commissions paid weekly. Stop in anytime during business hours for more information or give us a call.
Requirements:
• Must be 21 Years of age
• Must own your own vehicle
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Own a GPS or have extensive knowledge of the Metro area
• Reliable cell phone
• Dependable, Reliable

• Valid Driver’s License (CDL is not required)
• Current Vehicle Registration
• Liability Insurance coverage of $100/$300/$50

Property Management Company seeking an experienced Residential Maintenance Supervisor to join their TEAM!
Skills/ Requirements:
Maintenance Supervisor must have a MINIMUM of 3 – 5 years RESIDENTIAL maintenance experience.
Must have minimum of 3 years strong supervisory skills and the ability to perform as team leader.
Must have the capability to prioritize emergency, corrective and preventive maintenance work orders, and the ability to maintain and order supply inventory.
Must be able to delegate and physically complete work orders, and interact with contract vendors.
Training of staff on plumbing/electrical/carpentry/ heat and air conditioning, and unit turnover repairs required.
All candidates must have a high school education or equivalent.
Candidates must have their own tools and RELIABLE transportation to assist with after-hour emergencies.
