Porter (Baltimore, MD)
A local busy apartment complex in Baltimore has immediate openings for Full-Time experienced Property Porter. The Porter maintains all outdoor and vacant units in a safe and attractive manner.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Walk the property several times on a daily basis and remove litter and debris from the grounds
Perform clean-out duties for vacated apartment units, including the removal of all abandoned furniture, trash, boxes, etc.
Detail property on a regular basis, rake shrubs, remove mud, when necessary
Check and replace exterior lighting when necessary
Clean and sweep dumpster areas and all outdoor areas as necessary
Pressure wash sidewalks, driveways and parking areas as needed.
Safety Requirements:
Required to observe company safety procedures and standards to ensure individual safety, in addition to avoiding unnecessary risk to oneself, co-workers, customers and property.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to walk the property daily
May include some lifting up to 30 lbs
