MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS (ESSEX AREA)
Management Company is seeking Service Maintenance Technicians for apartment communities in the Essex area.
We are seeking individuals with very strong technical skills. Candidates must have at least 3 years’ experience as a multi-family maintenance technician.
Must be able to repair HVAC, have experience with turn-overs as well as appliance repair including microwaves. Written technical exam which includes many questions regarding HVAC must be passed.
Mandatory rotating “Call” so much be geographically close to the Essex area. Live – On may be considered.
****Tools, reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and good driving record are required. Pre-employment background screening to include criminal background and drug testing is mandatory.
