Rap Attack salutes the Hip Hop trio with Haitian roots hailing from New Jersey better known as The Fugees. Consisting of Wyclef Jean, Lauryn Hill and Pras this group pushed the boundaries on what a real Hip Hop group can look or sound like. Their second album The Score broke through the Rap Charts moving over to R&B and eventually Pop Charts with the Lauryn Hill remake of Roberta Flack’s “Killing Me Softly”.  After breaking up Lauryn Hill went on with solo success with her classic album The Miseducation Of Lauryn Hill and Wyclef went on with his solo career including producing for many artists from Whitney Houston to Mary J. Blige.  Check out their “Vocab” and find out why the refugee crew was the best to settle “The Score”.
