In two weeks, mom and grandmom will be in the kitchen cleaning chitterlings, roasting that big turkey, serving up those mashed potatoes and sweet, smelling pies and cakes for Thanksgiving dinner!
This happens just when you find yourself in the gym, attempting to lose a good 20-25 pounds! So, whatchu goin do? One thing you DON’T WANT TO DO IS OVEREAT!!!
Here are a few tips:
Eat a decent breakfast and lunch.
Exercise before the meal; this will suppress your appetite and boost your metabolism.
Reduce your intake by refusing seconds.
Forgive yourself if you do overeat. One large meal is not a problem; many large meals in a row are.
