Baltimore’s own Gervonta Tank Davis has officially been indicted on 14 counts following the hit-and-run incident that left four people injured. Tank is being accused of being the driver of the 2020 Lamborghini that reportedly ran through a red light crashing into a another car on November 2020. The Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s office said in a statement that they are moving forward with the 14 counts that consist of failure to immediately return and remain at scene of accident involving bodily injury, failure to report an accident, driving on a suspended/revoked license, failure to stop at a red light and more. If convicted of the 14 charges, Gervonta could face 7 years in prison.
