Well I guess Covid-19 is gone in Texas & Mississippi.. Or at least the Governors seem to think so because they both have lifted the mask mandate and are reopening businesses at full capacity! These new lifts came just one day after the CDC warned against people getting comfortable with the decrease in COVID-19 positive cases. The Texas Governor said in a statement Tuesday
“It is now time to open Texas 100 percent,” Covid has not suddenly disappeared, but state mandates are no longer needed.”
Shortly after that announcement The Mississippi Governor followed up by saying “Our hospitalizations and case numbers have plummeted, and the vaccine is being rapidly distributed, “It is time!”
