Most people want to lose weight or tone up but don’t know how. I say you need to want it for yourself before anything can happen. You need to be self motivated and have a “WHY.” When you set your goal it has to be something you will work toward. Healthy eating, working out and lifting weights is the key to losing weight.
It will NOT happen overnight, 2 weeks, or even 2 months, but if you stay determined, dedicated, and focused. You will get there. Block out the negativity and confusion because people will talk against you.
They talked against me, but who’s winning? I am and you can too! All praises go to my Lord, without Him none of this is possible!
