According to all the reports on Twitter, it seems as though the Senate has reached a deal. Then again, it’s not confirmed that the House has agreed to any deal. Are we moving forward, backward or not at all?

Washington (CNN) — Senate leaders on Wednesday worked out a deal to reopen the government and avoid a potential U.S. default as soon as midnight, sources told CNN’s Dana Bash and Ted Barrett.
Republican leaders met before a gathering of the Senate’s full GOP caucus and Sen. Kelly Ayotte said an announcement would be coming.
