I smell a beef brewing. Future was set to tour with Drake and Miguel for Drakes’ “Would You Like A Tour” tour (lol). However, after Future made a couple comments over at Billboard Magazine about Drake’s album, Drake’s team dropped him from the tour (allegedly). The Ybf is reporting:
Now that Future’s been tossed from Drake’s “Would You Like A Tour?” outing, his lawyers are threatening a $1.5M lawsuit to cover his lost wages. The NY Post reports that Drake got pissy over a few comments Future made about hisNWTS album in Billboard Magazine. During an interview with Erika Ramirez, Future, allegedly said,
“Drake made an album that is full of hits but it doesn’t grab you. They’re not possessive; they don’t make you feel the way I do.”
After Erika posted the comments on Twitter, Drake and his team became enraged! Although Future’s managers argued with the magazine and said his comments were taken out of context, Drake’s management allegedly said, “…either Future gets fired, or he’ll fire him.”
Because Future was on board to make about $40,000 per gig (netting him a windfall of $1.5 million), his legal team wants what they “would” have earned!
