Pebbles Lewis If you get rid of the addicts and arm their patrol officers and totally get the drugs out of the area, they may have a fighting chance. That’s a privately owned market. They need to pay more to their staff and get rid of the weak links down there. I’ve seen a lot when I go down there. It’ll really break your heart.

blissfulibra All of the redevelopment that the city is undergoing to make Baltimore (especially downtown) more tourist friendly has many levels. Although “The Market” is a historic landmark for the city, it’s dark, dank & known as the addicts hangout. Developers are not gonna invest all that money and leave the market the same. Sorry Baltimore but a change is going to come!
