One of the speed cameras on Sulpher Spring Road have been vandalized with black spray paint, the culprit still on the loose. But this is not the first time a speed camera has been vandalized. Fox Baltimore reports that two cameras were hit this weekend, on in Catonsville and twice in Arbutus.
