It’s clear that the Pandemic has caused a shortage of everything. One of the most common trends we have seen is people not wanting to work. Even at the State level, a job with great benefits, finding people to work has been a hassle. Well thanks to Governor Hogan, he is changing the game with his new policy.
Governor Hogan announced that Maryland will become the first state in the nation to eliminate the requirement for thousands of State jobs.
As a lifelong small businessman, I know that a growing economy goes hand-in-hand with a flourishing workforce, which is why we're launching an effort to make Maryland the first state in the nation to eliminate the 4-year college degree requirement from thousands of state jobs. pic.twitter.com/Enrn62O5Iw

“This is exactly the kind of bold, bipartisan solution we need to continue to lead the nation by giving more Marylanders the opportunity they need to be successful by addressing the challenges that face our workforce and our business and employer opportunities,” Hogan said.
