According to Deadline, sources say Warner Bros are reportedly working on a reboot of the classic flick, New Jack City.
As of yet, no director or actors have been named.
New Jack City was released in 1991 and depicted the early days of the ’80s crack era. The movie grossed eight times its $8 million budget.
Mario Van Peebles directed New Jack City and it featured Wesley Snipes, Ice-T, and Chris Rock.
