Bootcamps deliver solid results by combining intense exercises into one difficult circuit. These classes focus on military-style exercises by straying away from the iron machines you’d typically exercise with at the gym. Instead, instructors will have you using equipment like battle ropes, sandbags, medicine balls, resistance bands, and even tires. Classes are offered both indoor and outdoor, so it’s up to your preference.
