Teyana Taylor, 26 and Iman Shumpert, 26 were blessed with a bundle of joy a year ago, and on Friday Mrs. Shumpert celebrated baby Junie on social media. Teyana posted a montage video of their daughter who’s full name is Iman Tayla Shumpert Jr. on Instagram.
While Michael Jackson’s “The Lady In My Life” plays in the background, we see some of Junie’s most precious moments with her mother. From poolside play time and being on stage to rolling around in bed with her parents, the Shumperts are filled with joy.
“Your love has touched my heart & changed my life forever,” Teyana says. “I could sit here and write a book but if that’s the case I’d be writing forever. I love you baby, happy 1st birthday @babyjunie4.” With the hashtag, #AndYesMyCryBabyAssIsCryingAsITypeThis.
Teyana and Iman became pregnant with their daughter soon after revealing they were dating back in Sept 2014. At the time he was playing for the New York Knicks, and Teyana a New York native, was promoting her debut album VII.
And they haven’t slowed down career-wise with Teyana promoting her many fitness and fashion endeavors and Iman playing for the championship-winning Cleveland Cavaliers.
