alwaysthere4 My big question is when cops are in training they are taught to bring down a person if they are running away like shooting them in the leg …. But when u have a black man on his back his hands up and a white mans knee in his chest the next step is to shoot him in the heart????? I have 2 sons that are black and I live in Baltimore county and I don’t know what the world is going to bring them I have no words for this video. Like u said at first I could not watch it but then I had to watch it again because I could not believe what I had seen .. This has to stop #AllLivesMatter
sleazy85 Man it’s a shame they killed that man like that. He was clearly down with a knee on his neck and that officer just heard his partner yell gun and got scared and fired…not one shot but several in his chest… SMH

kenya_socialite_maven I have 0 words- I’m still in shock – I get them being there to “Protect & Serve” – I get them trying to make sure they’re safe – I get that he was doing something “illegal” – selling CDs/DVDs – but – did he have the “Right to carry” – not saying whether he did or didn’t but if he did – when would they have asked – it’s a general question do you have anything in your pockets that may bring harm to me or you – it’s just a question – it’s very IMPORTANT for People to know that any SIGN of RESISTING puts Your LIFE in Danger when dealing with Law Enforcement officials – you can see the nerves and FEAR in these Officers who obviously thought they were Stronger than him so when it took both of them to hold him down- they’re FEAR Factor went UP – and then ohhhh my he has a GUN in his pocket- WRONG – I of course feel for yet Another BLACK MAN shot DEAD in the Streets by LAW ENFORCEMENT/ We ALL NEED 2DO BETTER
