Have I ever told you about the enormous crush I have on actor Larenz Tate? Well….(lip smack) lemme tell you honeyyyyy!!

I love me some Larenz Tate and have been a fan since Love Jones, Menace 2 Society, Why Do Fools Fall In Love, and you can’t forget about Inkwell!!!

Larenz Tate is back this weekend on TVOne; starring along side Sharon Leal (Dreamgirls, Addicted, This Christmas and Why Did I Get Married 1&2) in “White Water“.

Classic Spotify Black History Month Honor

It’s a story that takes place in the deep south in 1963, about an inquisitive boy named Michael (played by twin brothers Amir and Amari O’Neil) who didn’t understand the “whites only” rules of the south.

Tate plays the boy’s father (Terrance) who is a jazz musician and a playboy; which Larenz enjoyed the most about this character.

White Water airs this Saturday at 9PM on TVOne.

I decided to profile Larenz Tate and the TVOne movie “White Water” as my tribute to Black History Month.
