Maintenance Supervisor (Gwynn Oak)

Baltimore Property Management Company seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join their TEAM!

All applicants are required to have the following experience in order to apply:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor

• 3+ years supervising at least 3 staff members

• 5+ years in Property ManagementThis is not a Facilities or IT Maintenance position.

The ideal candidate must be able to/have:

• The ability to switch between tasks with ease

• The ability to lead, delegate, manage and motivate their team

• CFC/EPA

• Must have HVAC repair experience

• Capability to prioritize emergency, corrective and preventative maintenance work orders

• Ability to maintain, track and order supply inventory

• Ability to interact with contract vendors and residents

• Ability to provide ongoing training for their staff.

• Assist with after hour emergencies when needed.

Candidates must have their own tools

Candidates must have daily reliable transportation

Applicants must be able to successfully pass a drug and background screen.
