Vicki McGill Every time I am called I serve and hope to get a trial. Why you may ask – think about it. If you or a loved one end up on trial you want a jury of their peers and someone who is sane and can possibly relate to the details of the trial as opposed to someone who is biased by their cluelessness and thinking “guilty” before any evidence is presented. I serve and encourage everyone else to.

Patricia Ma Ma Johnson To go every year and sit and for 8 hrs is a waste of time especially if u are a working person who can not afford to miss a day of pay. They need to use the ones who are sitting home not doing nothing. I go every year like clock work and have never been called for a case nor do I want to. I just waste time and lose money because my job does not pay me for jury duty.

E Shemar Bolden why should I take an entire day off my job for 15.00. why can’t these people who don’t have jobs and collect a check every month serve. It bothers me that the State thinks it’s alright for people to lose a day of work. I’m quite sure they have a data base of those who do not have jobs. SUMMON THEM NOT ME!

jeanebronte_ I think that most ppl dread being summoned and when they do, if by chance they actually get pulled for a case, they don’t take it seriously because they really don’t want to be there. Which obviously poses an issue.
satianashae Its some b.s. especially when u become an alternative…I rather be paid 15 an hour then 15 a day!
bella_rose_since1984 I hate it. Especially after I was an alternate for a week and a half. I ended up serving the whole 2 weeks because one of the jurors stopped showing up. Met some good people though.
