After leaving a trail of clues having people ask when and will the deal happen Pharrell has Joined the Roster for Adidas of athletics, Artist and designers. Together with a team of designers Pharrell will release a collection of sneakers and apparel which will include his bionic yarn which discard plastic to unusable threads.
“Working with an iconic brand like adidas is such an incredible opportunity. From the classic track suit, to growing up in Virginia wearing Stan Smiths, adidas has been a staple in my life. Their pieces are timeless. This is an exciting partnership for both me and for Bionic Yarn,” Pharrell said in a statement.
The signs where all in our face. Pharrell A man that isn’t afraid to continuously wear what he like’s at the moment has been seen wearing nothing but Adidas kicks and jackets . With Power moves like landing Kanye West it looks like Adidas is shying away from expending the finances and logistics required to partner up with big names.
We’ll have to wait until Summer 2014 to see the collection, with more enticing details sure to come, but it’s pretty obvious that Pharrell’s creative juices are flowing at maximum levels
