Between the governor milking us for every dime and the mayor and her inability to run the city as she should and a casino in the city with no structure. Baltimore will be in the dumps. And now voted 2nd worst city for crime! But the mayor worried about red light cameras! Dre i can go on but i get pissed just thinking about it!

irock20pearlz Even more crime ridden! Sadly parenting these days is at an all time low. Just because you buy clothes and provide shelter, it doesn’t equate to a parent. A lot of kids are disrespectful and have no respect for the law which drives crime higher.
