With news about Rihanna being put on bed rest on account of the FLU and LARYNGITIS, it’s not a surprise that we need to take care of our bodies more and more now. The flu bug is going around and we don’t have a lifestyle that Rihanna has. She’s traveling to different cities and countries, sleeping in hotels, and eating various foods. We can’t forget the pictures we see of her on Instagram of continuous partying, but she’s young and she hasn’t any children; so she can do those things. Just know that it will all catch up with you sooner or later.
Here are some tips to keep our bodies healthy:
- Eat a healthy diet of protein, minerals and vitamins.
- Exercise for at least two and a half hours a week if you’re an adult.
- Meditate daily. For example, you could meditate for 10 minutes as soon as you wake and before you get showered and dressed.
- Reduce your stress levels by getting outdoors and spending time in nature, listening to your favorite music or reading a book you enjoy.
