Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake is the newly appointed Secretary of The Democratic National Committee. In her new roll, Rawlings Blake will deliver the roll call of Delegates, campaign for Democratic candidates and schedule committee meeting.
The Mayor says she learned of the appointment over the weekend while in D.C. for the inauguration.
