I don’t know if it’s PMS or just a bad day, but I’ll say this, I NEED A DO-OVER!!! Are you feeling a bit stressed? Worried about too many things? Handling too much and there isn’t enough time to get it all done? To quote one memorable character from the old school television show “A Differ’ent World” Whitley Gilbert ” RELAX, RELATE, RELEASE!” If that doesn’t work, follow these tips:

Take it slow: Life is full of stresses, analyze what stresses you the most and detach yourself   from it, if possible. Weather it’s figuring out what to wear in the morning, or rushing to get to work. Pick out that banging outfit at night, iron it, and hang it up. Go to bed earlier and wake up earlier. This will allow you time to eat a healthier meaningful breakfast, than that of a rushed over processed meal. Taking this time to relax is allowing you breathe, and de-stress.

Mental Paradise: When it comes to work you can’t necessarily detach your self or you’ll loose your job, we can’t have that, but what you can do is find what you love the most family, music, or that person you been having your eye on lately, I know…but use that to allow your mind to wonder, alleviating current stress. The mind is a powerful muscle, use it.

Physical Paradise: Loosen the limbs. Sitting for a long period of time can cause blood clots and other health problems, get up and stretch. Keeping your body tight, and constricted is doing nothing but putting additional stresses on the body. Keep your body hydrated, drink water. We all need it. Keep snacks handy, not those ho-ho’s or any other hostess products, I’m talking about nutritional snacks rich in natural energy and protein or simple fruits. Its called SMART SNACKING people, its 2013 get with it.

Constant reminder: After those tips and techniques on how to distress it is important to keep a constant reminder as to why you do what you do. Keep, a picture of your child, mother, or even that upcoming trip with that significant other to keep you going.
