Do you watch Scandal? OMG! You’re missing out! Kerry Washington plays political “fixer” Olivia Pope who’s romantically involved (on the low) with the President of the United States “Fitz”. Of course, Olivia isn’t the first lady but she’s a woman with power who can’t get the POTUS to let her go! Have you been in a relationship like that? Me too!
Here are a few tips on how to leave the one you love:
1. JUST KISS AND SAY GOODBYE: Don’t make it a long and drawn out romantic withdrawl! It’ll just confuse things.
2. DO IT IN PUBLIC: I mean, break it off in a public area like parks, restaurants. Make sure this isn’t a person who is likely to GO OFF at the drop of a hat!
3. LET IT GO: You’ll go through this pain for a while so let it linger until you get sick of it! Throw on a few Vivian Greene records, eat some butter pecan ice cream and then head to the gym!!!
