Maryland Court of Appeals clears the way for the lawsuit against the owner of the dog that attacked a boy in Towson to move forward. It also affirms that pit bulls are inherently dangerous. Therefore, in filing a claim, a person does not have to prove the dog had a history of being dangerous. Wow!

@_SideEYE: I’m on the fence. I have never seen a calm friendly pit-bull. Maybe people out in the hills train them that way.

Sunny Jacob Bell This law needs to be appealed, it’s not the breed but the owners not taking responsibility on how to raise their dog. Pits are getting a bad rep just like Dobermans, Rotties and German Shepards. If anyone EVER watched the Dog Whisperer, he’ll show you. It’s not the dog but the owner. This really angers me!!! SMH
