Above is Beyonce’s handwritten open letter to the First Lady Michelle Obama. Mrs. O expressed her gratitude and thanks to Beyonce via Twitter, “”@Beyonce Thank you for the beautiful letter and for being a role model who kids everywhere can look up to. –mo”
Many people who read Beyonce’s heartfelt letter criticized her punctuation, over usage of commas, improper sentences, etc. but hey, at least it seems she really wrote this herself and didn’t hire a writer, as she reportedly does for many of her songs, while still taking credit – (damn, I just pulled a Beyonce.)
Anyway, to Beyonce’s credit she had the common sense to handwrite the letter, which is considered much more personal than typing or emailing. Besides, Beyonce is a singer – not a schoolteacher!
