Michael Jackson’s mother has filed a lawsuit against the promoter of his planned concerts last year, saying that the company, AEG Live, failed to supply medical equipment and properly monitor Jackson’s personal doctor, Reuters reported.
In her suit, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Wednesday, Katherine Jackson seeks unspecified damages and says that the promoter is responsible for the “actions and inactions” of the doctor, Conrad Murray, and that it put “its desire for massive profits” over Jackson’s health.
