Baltimore City Council members will unveil a new proposal tonight to solve the police and fire pension systems. If they fail to make major revisions within the next four weeks to their original plan of cutting pensions drastically, the city will be forced to pay $65 million on top of the $101 million that has been set aside for the plan.
