Chris Brown is finally speaking out against the concert organizer that held her own press conference announcing she’d be suing for $1 Million dollars for Fraud and Breach of Conduct. Originally it was announced that Breezy backed out of the concert during his scheduled sound check time.

However, TMZ caught up with a member of Brown’s team which has stated that “his team actually reached out on March 17th which is two days before the schedule show date stating that he could no longer participate.” Also, according to Brown’s team member to TMZ, “They told Bailey via letter that the contract that was originally agreed upon was breached once Bryson Tiller had been removed from the line up. This is when Chris decided he wouldn’t perform.”

The two sides are talking to get a solution. Chris has said that he is willing to donate to the Houston Community towards those who were affected by the Hurricane; which is what his performance would have been for anyways.
