Jon Gruden made national headlines weeks ago for his racist and misogynistic emails that was sent to former Washington Football Team General Manager Bruce Allen during which time he was not a Head Coach in the National Football League but was an analyst at ESPN. After the investigation started from one email that surfaced and 72 hours later the NFL conducted a further review and found thousands of emails that reflected the first one sent — the Owner of the Las Vegas Raiders Mark Davis who hired Jon Gruden relieved him of his head coaching duties immediately.

Now Gruden is suing his former employer — the National Football League — and Commissioner Roger Goodell personally saying, “they ‘sought to destroy [his] career and reputation,” according to The Review Journal. Gruden was only in his second year of his 10-year guaranteed 100 million dollar coaching deal. All of which he will still receive, 10 million dollars annually pre-tax.
