Harvey Weinstein turned himself into New York Police today for sexual misconduct charges. They put a GPS tracker on Harvey and took his passport because he has enough money to leave the country and not come back. Harvey was booked on sexual abuse, criminal sex, sexual misconduct, rape and other charges. www.yahoo.com
