Black Ice Closes Or Delays Baltimore Area Schools

Black ice covered many area roads and caused lots of accidents for the Monday morning commute.

All schools in Baltimore and the surrounding counties are either closed or opening two hours late.

Much of Central Maryland was under a winter weather advisory on Sunday, as temperatures dropped and rain continued to fall.

Mdot urged drivers to keep speeds down and approach what is wet as ice.
