Can we say “Grand Opening, Grand Closing”? Faster than Brooklyn’s Lineup Brewing Company could get their “Bieryonce'” german beer up and running, King Bey shut it down.
In an interview with Pitchfork, Brewing company owner, Katrina Martinez, said she created the beer because she was inspired by Beyonce.
Unfortunately, Bey’s legal team sent out a cease and desist when the beer went public. Katrina tells, ““We’re disappointed she didn’t take it as a compliment, but oh well,” Katrina told Pitchfork. “It was fun while it lasted!”
