I am a person that doesn’t believe taking a multivitamin because I don’t believe a vitamin can have 100% of everything in it. We have to make sure we pay attention to what we put in our bodies. Vitamins are included in that too, so eat right and drink plenty of water but Vitamins an Minerals are very important.
