Chris Brown has warned us plenty of times that when he loves a woman, he’s willing to make her life miserable before letting her go.
Unfortunately, Karrueche is the woman he allegedly loves and he is reportedly ducking her domestic violence restraining order. The New York Daily News reports that on Wednesday outside a courtroom in Santa Monica, CB’s lawyer told Tran’s attorneys that he won’t allow his law firm to accept service of the paperwork. Kae went as far as to enlist law enforcement in an attempt to serve the papers to her ex, but they were dismissed by Brown’s lawyers.
The model’s lawyer, Michelle Trigger, has since hired a private company to track Brown down, telling reporters, “Generally, high profile people accept service through their attorneys. I would not use the word stonewalled. Honestly, service issues are not unusual.” The problem has forced the court to delay a hearing on the matter until April 19. In the meantime, a temporary restraining order remains in place.
As you may recall, Karrueche was granted the restraining order last month after claiming Brown punched her in her stomach twice and pushed her down stairs during their relationship.
CB is on new levels of petty these days.
