After the tragic death of Korryn Gaines the Baltimore County Police Department has released the last name of the police officer who fatally shot her last month. According to the Baltimore Sun, “The department identified him as Officer First Class Ruby of the Support Operations Division. He has been with the department for 16 years.” Sources also say that Ruby was also involved in a shooting in August 2007.
