Surprise: another NYPD officer screwed up.
This time, Officer Wayne Roach was arrested in the Bronx after he exposed his penis while sitting in his car, which was parked right outside a school, police told the NY Post. The incident occurred across the street from PS 134 in Foxhurst around 10:30 a.m.
A school safety officer approached the car, and proceeded to call the cops and alert them of the bizarre event. Wayne, a Manhattan transit cop with nearly a decade on the job, was drunk and still had the keys in the ignition when police arrived at the scene.
He’s been charged with indecent exposure and DWI.
