rrriiiccceee I feel it’s more of a “NEED” now due to recent events. P.A.L Police Academy League Center…….one way the community actually interacted with police. Due to lack of funding look what that relationship between communities & police turned into.
whois_jayt That’s good, to be honest that is how some of the kids graduate faster. I currently work at a high school (Northwestern High Baltimore City) and our kids have the advantage to progress to the next grade in night school. And about 10% of our kids chose night school over day school
