Lawsuits, Lawsuits and MORE lawsuits. Not only is the family of the late Terry Carter, that was ran down by Suge Knight a little while back, suing Mr. “I can’t See” Knight. Now they have added Dr. Dre and Ice Cube to the suit. The widow of Mr. Carter and the children said that all parties involved in the film “Straight Outta Compton” need to pay up. Since they hired gang affiliated members for security in gang infested neighborhoods that is what cause their late husband/father to be ran over by the Range Rover.
The suit also includes the Carter family suing a burger joint for the parking lot being a place of violent crimes and if they were equipped with the proper surveillance equipment and security, none of these crimes would even happen.
I hope the family is awarded something for the wrongful death, but we don’t even know if Suge is even gonna be charged for the crime in the first place. It does seem far fetched to sue Dre and Cube, and the BURGER JOINT. Like seriously. We are undecided on how to feel about this one here..But we do Remember when Suge fainted when he found out the bail amount tho.
