Security Officer (Baltimore )

Admiral Security Services has immediate openings for professional security candidates at a prestigious location in the Baltimore, MD area. Overnight and weekend shifts available.

Applicants are required to possess professional phone etiquette, the ability to perform front desk duties, and to conduct patrols over a large area, must have a valid driver’s license, be a team player!

Qualifications and Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age, have excellent communication skills and stable work history, with at least 1yr of security experience, possess a high school diploma/GED, and be able to pass a physical/drug test.

Receptionist (Brooklyn)

We are a property management company in the Brooklyn, Maryland area. We are seeking a full time receptionist. This position is full time Monday 8:30-4:30, Tuesday-Friday 8:30-3:30 and you must work every Saturday 10:00-2:00. As the receptionist you would be the face of the company. The duties of the receptionist would include:

Greeting tenants and future tenants

Answering phones

Taking payments and applying them accordingly

Data entry (work orders, purchase orders, payments, credits)

Monthly reports

Assisting tenants with ledgers and payments

Filing (receipts, court papers)

Processing (rental applications, background checks, credit checks, employment history, rental history)

Scheduling appointments

Showing of units

Court appearances

Answering emails

Posting ads

Other duties as given.

Experience with Word, Excel and Propertyware is a plus, however we are willing to train the right person. You must have your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license as you will be required to show some of the properties and file paperwork at the courthouse. We treat all of our employees like family so you would need to feel this way too.
